2. The proposal is to provide INTR as liquidity in the Omnipool to access a large number of assets without the need to incentivize separate pools.

Interlay community had a proposal to build up the liquidity of iBTC and INTR in their new Pulsar AMM.

The TC committee decided to re-execute and fast-track the proposal, but this time the proposal failed. 
Now, the community has three options on how to proceed. 
They need to come to an agreement as the Pular pool was set to launch next week.
