Sounds like it will require an oracle of USD and EURO exchange rate? Considering the existing of USDT by polkadot XCM, I feel the proposal not so strong.

Good afternoon, what's the issue with Oracles of USD and EUR?  Is there an expense element?  Would these need Oracles?  Surely the market can find it's own level and any inefficiencies could be picked up by arbitrageurs?  If the protocol has to buy an oracle then it should be in a position to profit from it so we could consider running artbitrage bots on behalf of the protocol?

Following the opening of a bidirectional [HRMP channel between Interlay <> Pendulum](https://interlay.subsquare.io/democracy/referenda/112), the Pendulum team would like to start a discussion regarding the registration of Pendulum assets on Interlay. The main motivation is to explore the potential of enabling Pendulum assets on Interlay’s lending market, and we believe there is a strong use case for it.

- As a next step, we aim to register the Circle EURC.s and XLM.s tokens on Interlay's asset registry.
- Additionally, we propose creating a money market for lending and borrowing with both Circle EURC.s and XLM.s tokens.
- Our focus is on integrating Circle’s EURC.s, a stablecoin pegged to the euro, into Interlay’s lending markets. This will diversify the available stable assets, providing users with more options for borrowing and lending while enhancing the platform's overall stability.
