Referendum #52 was approved (https://interlay.subsquare.io/democracy/referendum/52) but contained a technical issue due to the script generating the call having a bug that inserted garbage bytes in the call.
This proposal repeats #52 and has been tested using chopsticks: https://github.com/interlay/chopsticks#dry-run
