This proposal is for accepting the Statemint to Interlay part of the XCM channel and finalising the XCM connection.
Request for upgrade to referendum:
We would like to move quickly with opening the channel in order to continue work on integrating new assets from Statemint (e.g. USDT). Therefore, we request that this proposal is upgraded to a 7 day referendum.
