Until this project has some direction I think we should reduce the INTR reward rate to 0%. This would retain valuable INTR tokens for product development work and possibly slow down the descent in price of the token. In any event is would give us a sustainable way forward. I think we should put a brake on all sorts of this type of spending until there is a plan and an agree team to take the project forward.
