Hi this is the first time using this channel. I understand that rewards for staking will be only vINTR which is useful for voting and gobernance, and what about INTR as a rewards?

To answer your question: When someone staked INTR tokens, they get 2 things: vINTR which is the governance representation of the token and INTR rewards. You can only use vINTR for proposals and participation in governance. Hope this helps. 

I understand correctly that a dynamic percentage of rewards is planned. the longer the term of the lock, the greater the apy. in this case, whether it will be possible to withdraw your tokens at any time and whether it is possible to stake locked tokens. Thanks.

### Summary
Staking rewards are ready to be activated, according to the Interlay tokenomics: 5% of 4 year supply (i.e., 50M INTR), emitted linearly (i.e., 12.5M INTR per year).

### Proposal
Interlay’s governance model requires INTR to be staked to participate in voting. The more and the longer INTR are staked, the more voting power a user receives - and hence the more staking rewards. Rewards are distributed proportionally based on the voting power - so called vINTR (Note: vINTR is not a token and cannot be transferred. It is only a measure of an account’s voting power).

Staking is already active - but no rewards are currently distributed. Rewards are important to incentivize active staking and governance participation which is critical for Interlay’s security and growth as an ecosystem.

The staking user interface has been added to the Interlay Dapp (https://app.interlay.io/staking) making it easy for both beginners and advanced users to stake and participate in governance.

**The next step is hence to activate staking rewards via an on-chain governance proposal.**
