**Summary**
We want to execute Referenda 6 as the initial proposal had the wrong hash. 

**Details**
The initial proposal to raise the DOT Collateral Ceiling was submitted with a faulty hash and so could not be executed. This proposal just executes the correct arguments so that the ceiling is raised as voted and agreed by the community to 150000 DOT.
