This proposal is for accepting the Parallel to Interlay part of the XCM channel and finalising the XCM connection.
Request for upgrade to referendum:
We would like to move quickly with opening the channel in order to enable and facilitate future use cases for iBTC between Interlay and Parallel. Therefore, we request that this proposal is upgraded to a 7 day referendum.
