Can't wait for iBTC to be added into Polkadex. Just realized my address ends with GaY :D

This proposal batches the HMRP accept from Polkadex to Interlay and requests to open a HMRP channel from Interlay to Polkadex. This will allow assets to be transferred in between Interlay and Polkadex and open a path towards more use cases for iBTC and more collateral assets for iBTC.
