vDOT Vaults on Interlay
This proposal registers the vDOT asset from Bifrost and enables it to be used as collateral for Vaults. The thresholds are set to the same as those used for DOT:
Vaults require a minimum of 25.6 vDOT to register and the system collateral ceiling is set to 500,000 vDOT.
