hey sir, it seems to me that the circ/locked token distribution It is wrong, and therefore it is difficult to manage, many of the accounts there already have free tokens, but it appears that only a small part is free?

For example only treasury is 220m of tokens , but is not counted like on circ? Since on ci4c only appear 166m of token

We kindly request funding support from the **Interlay Treasury** to cover the total amount due of **US $10,067.4**, and the amount of **INTR** will be converted based on the **EMA7 price**.
