Overview:
- Removed testnet runtimes and standalone node
- Automated benchmarks and added new weights
- BTC-Relay now requires coinbase proof to prevent SPV attack
- Resolved kintsugi syncing issues on startup
- Oracle failures are now handled separately (by currency)
- Added a new RPC to fetch the total stakeable funds
- Fixes a bug where Vaults could not withdraw all of their collateral
- Integrated the Frontier EVM and pallet-contracts (disabled for now)
