This proposal was to initiate opening XCM channels with 14 other active parachains.
However, I heard that you don't need to open an XCM channel with BridgeHub since its assets will go via the AssetHub chain. And I discovered that Hyperbridge doesn't support XCM, instead expecting each parachain to integrate the pallet-ismp and pallet-hyperbridge in order to interact with Hyperbridge using ISMP. Therefore I recreated this as https://interlay.subsquare.io/democracy/proposals/120 to add just the other 12 parachains.
