This looks utterly ridiculous, I don't know whow else to describe it.

• $50 per hour rate? For this price we'd expect much higher quality work than delivered here.
• 60 hours of work for this little video? Considering the requested amounts I'd hope to see a breakdown of where those hours went into, like we got in https://interlay.subsquare.io/democracy/proposals/109
• How was this even commissioned? If we're going to use Treasury funds for commissions of promotional material, one would expect the amount to be agreed on before the video itself was made.
