Isn't it expensive for such low quality work?

This looks utterly ridiculous, I don't know whow else to describe it.

- $50 per hour rate? For this price we'd expect much higher quality work than delivered here.
- 60 hours of work for this little video? Considering the requested amounts I'd hope to see a breakdown of where those hours went into, like we got in [https://interlay.subsquare.io/democracy/proposals/109](109)
- How was this even commissioned? If we're going to use Treasury funds for commissions of promotional material, one would expect the amount to be agreed on **before** the video itself was made.
