Includes some minor changes in the XCM configuration that are required for setting up channels. This upgrade also introduces an INTR per iBTC limit which can be optionally set to prevent distributing too many rewards early on. The node release also includes the polkadot-v0.9.24 update which includes a libp2p fix for a potential DoS attack vector - this is a high-priority upgrade.
